15. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial. The arbitration shall be conducted confidentially in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered thereon in any court of competent jurisdiction.
