The retaining kit includes easy-to-follow instructions, a serialized tamper-evident container for securely preserving a portion of your loved one’s ashes, and pre-paid return postage.

Upon arrival at our facility, the ashes are carefully registered and undergo initial pre-filtration to remove non-organic fragments, ensuring that only viable, carbon-rich material moves forward.

The pre-filtered ashes are then superheated using our specially designed graphite-based pyrolysis system, reaching just over 2,800°F in an oxygen-restricted, medically sterile environment. This stage ensures complete molecular sterilization and thermally refines the carbon content naturally present in the remains.

After pyrolysis, the refined ash is passed through our advanced proprietary three-stage filtration system—two stages of pre-filtration and one stage microfiltration—to achieve a consistent particle size of 40μm (40 x 10⁻⁶). The result is a uniform, micronized ash ideally suited for dispersion into ink, supporting both consistency and safety in tattoo application.

Using controlled mechanical agitation, the refined carbon is then evenly infused into our premium black or white tattoo ink base. The process is serialized, tracked, and monitored at every stage over a four-week timeline with strict safety and quality protocols.
